What to Expect

Step 1: Consultation
We begin by getting to know you—your history with injuries, medical conditions, training background, nutrition habits, and overall capabilities. Together, we’ll establish clear goals and create a plan tailored to your long-term success. Based on this consultation, we’ll match you with the coach best suited to your needs, ensuring a personalized and effective journey.

Step 2: First Session
Your first session with your coach includes a fitness screening to assess your current level and unique requirements. Your coach will revisit your consultation details to confirm alignment with your goals and introduce their coaching approach. Movement analysis may also be conducted to determine your starting point, while an overview of your program structure will give you a clear roadmap to success.

Step 3: Personalized Program
Using the insights gathered, your coach will design a training program tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. This program will be conveniently accessible, allowing you to track your workouts and progress week by week. If needed, a customized nutrition plan will also be provided to complement your training. Everything will be thoroughly explained to ensure you’re confident and ready to succeed.

Step 4: Weekly Check-Ins
Your journey doesn’t stop at training. Weekly check-ins with your coach provide ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments to keep you on track.
